This project involved a complete internal and external refurbishment of a freehold building with five apartments.
Planet International turned the ground and lower maisonette into two, two bed apartments to increase rental value, a key factor in this prime W1 area of London.
We also arranged the rental of all of the flats after the development was complete and now fully manage the building.

The refurbishment consisted firstly of the entire strip-out to shell and core before commencing the refurbishment proper.
The installation of new electrics, ventilation, a kitchen, bathrooms, audiovisual equipment, polished plaster and landscaping were carried out to an exceptionally high standard.

This refurbishment project consisted of the initial strip out works to shell and core the building followed by the installation of new electrics, mechanical ventilation, audio visual equipment, a bespoke kitchen, bathrooms, decoration and swimming pool.
All items were specified to a luxurious standard with no compromise to quality and technology.
